When can I expect my order?
Items purchased from the shop are processed within a week of ordering and will typically ship out on the weekend.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you are unable to make it to the workshop, there are a couple of options. You may transfer your ticket to another person to attend in your place, or we can transfer your ticket to another workshop within 60 days. In order to do this, you will need to contact Amanda at hello@thestudioartclub.com at least 24 hours prior to the workshop you are cancelling. If this is not done, eligibility for a make-up class is forfeited.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unexpected circumstances, such as extreme weather or illness. If you are not to attend the rescheduled workshop, you will be given a credit for the full ticket value to use within 60 days for another workshop or in the shop.
Do you offer private workshops?
Please email Amanda at hello@thestudioartclub.com to inquire more about private workshops. Studio Art Club will provide all of the supplies and instruction for the workshop. Location, snacks and drinks are provided by the hosts. Prices vary, but are similar per person to those listed for scheduled public workshops. Minimums apply.
